The Dune concept is to combine up-market and luxury short and long term accommodations with tremendous new leisure, entertainment, sport, retail and relaxation elements all blended together in an innovative, distinctive and exciting environment.

In striving to achieve the above, the watchwords have been flexibility, adaptability, longevity and quality; all the elements that make up the whole being designed as much as possible that they are;

There are two main buildings in the make up of the project; the first may be split into three main areas of activity Blue Dune [Hotel, casino, conference and business centre]; Silver Dune [Leisure, Entertainment and retail] and the Green Dune [500+ luxury apartments and snow dome]; the three are connected by three, covered, natural snow ski slopes that are the main feature of the complex.
